THANK GOD FOR LIBERIA AND THANK GOD FOR YOU

When the news, that birds have entered the engine of SN Brussels, the flight on which President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and delegation were on from the Middle East, hit Liberia, panic, silence, screams, and above all, prayers took over the minds and lips of Liberians back home, asking God to intervene.

The news, that three big birds entered one of the plane’s engines at once immediately following the plane take off at the Dakar International Airport in Senegal, was indeed horrifying.

No one would have imagined the result, if God had not been on Liberia’s side, because the pilots themselves could not have been of any help.

It is because of this that we, at the Liberia Broadcasting system wish to say, THANK GOD FOR LIBERIA AND THANK GOD FOR YOU, Madam President and your entire entourage for having returned home safely.

Historically, birds have been the cause of many airplane crashes. Knowing the role of birds in airplane crashes around the world, Manufacturers of such vehicles, out of anticipation, later discovered new model of airplanes that have the ability of avoiding such calamity.

As a result of this anticipation and, years of hard and successful work, the idea of building airbuses or jumbo jets, which have more than two engines, came about.

Many of the aircrafts that were built during those days only had two engines and the risk of crashing, if one of them is troubled, was high.

Liberians can give only Almighty God the glory and all the praises for sparing the lives of all on board, including President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and even the safety of SN Brussels worth extolling God.

THANK GOD FOR LIBERIA AND THANK GOD FOR YOU, MADAM PRESIDENT, for having used His divine power to thwart the un-expected calamity in favor of the nation and its people.

Madam President, we know what it means for an airplane engine to fail over the Atlantic Ocean, especially so, when the pilot announced the failure. Many fellings come to mind; frustration, confusion, un-controllable heart beats, mental tension, among others.

Liberians have all reasons to thank God for rescuing their leader, considering the John Garrand, Habriaya Ramanana, Shamora Marshall, and Steven Tolbert’s episodes.

Your Excellency, we share with you and your entourage all of what you went through on board SN Brussels while enroute to Liberia.

Have a peace of mind and fear nothing, because the Lord is your shepherd, he will always restore your soul and lead you in the path of righteousness for his name’s sake, walking you through the shadow of death where you will have no fear, continuously assuring you goodness and granting you mercy through out the days of your life, knowing that you will forever live in the house of God.

We appreciate your efforts toward the nation’s transformation and we can assure you that we will always stand by you as you continue to labor for your fellow countrymen.
