Kris James was “so, so happy” to be back on stage this week.

“I’ve been waiting for this for three years and it was just amazing.
“As I got home and the fact that we decided to bring him back to Liverpool, it was so amazing to me.”
Kris wanted the show to have a “party atmosphere” so kicked off her short set with “Naive” before moving on to “I’ll Be Here” and “One Last Picture”, then slowing the pace with “Unhappy Anniversary” “.
After the ballad he was due to end with ‘Get Back To Love’ but to the cheers of the crowd he agreed to perform one more song and ended his set with ‘9 Lives’.
Of her set choices, Kris explained, “I wanted to start the set with ‘Naive’ because it’s the first track on the record and it’s a cool party song, I picked a few that are mostly medium to high energy as I wanted it to create a party atmosphere since it was my first album launch.
“I put a ballad in the middle because I got so much good feedback on ‘Unhappy Anniversary’, usually I don’t like to do that, but I think when I play it’s to take people into a little musical journey. “
The founder of Amanzzo believes he will never forget such an “emotional” evening.
